Charles Eide

Meet Charles

Entrepreneur, CEO, Visionary

Charles Eide is an entrepreneur, storyteller, and visionary leader who believes in the power of bold ideas and unforgettable experiences.

As the Founder and CEO of EideCom, Charles has spent two decades reimagining what’s possible in live events. Under his leadership, EideCom has grown into a nationally recognized creative production company—trusted by Fortune 500 organizations and global brands to design experiences that move people and elevate ideas. His work has taken him and his team around the world, producing events that blend cutting-edge technology, powerful storytelling, and human-centered creativity.

But Charles’s story isn’t just about building a company—it’s about building a life rooted in vision, resilience, and authenticity. He’s passionate about helping others unlock their potential, take bold risks, and pursue goals that matter. That drive led him to launch his podcast, Cleared for Takeoff, where he sits down with world-class leaders, creators, and innovators to explore the mindsets, disciplines, and defining moments that fuel success.

Beyond the stage and studio, Charles is a mentor, thought leader, and advocate for intentional living—reminding others that greatness isn’t accidental. It’s built through vision, courage, and relentless pursuit. Whether producing a once-in-a-lifetime event, hosting a conversation that inspires, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, Charles lives by one belief:

We’re all cleared for takeoff—it’s just a matter of choosing to fly.

Outside of work, Charles is a dedicated husband, father, and licensed pilot who values the freedom that flying gives him—both personally and professionally. A Minnesota native who believes leadership is about building strong teams, staying prepared, and creating experiences that last.
